DELIVERY & RETURNS
Christmas Delivery Times
To ensure your orders are delivered in time for Christmas, we advise following the guide below to allow for any factors that may cause delays. Our time scales are only based on approximations and are in no way a guarantee pre-christmas delivery.
UK – Please order by Wednesday the 19th December
EU – Please order by Monday the 17th December
ROW – Please order by Saturday 15th December
USA – Please order by Saturday 15th December
Our office is closed from December 21st until January 2nd, any orders placed between these dates will not be shipped until our return.
We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. We use UPS & ParcelForce for all our Shoe & Boot deliveries. For Lace's & Accessories we use Royal Mail. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays.
UK – 1-2 Working days
EU – 2-5 Working days
ROW – 3-7 Working days - £25.00 P&P
USA – 5-10 Working days - £25.00 P&P
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.
Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (RE Tricker Will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund or exchange has taken place.
Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser, if you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
R.E Tricker Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order, to do this you can contact customer services through the contact form. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company, once the item is back with R.E Tricker Ltd we will process your refund, however R.E Tricker will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case.
