This page states the Terms & Conditions under which you use www.trickers.com. Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Since 1829, Tricker's are all about our products, how we make them and how our customers feel about them. We pride ourselves on our experience and service, personal attention and integrity.
Tricker's reputation is built on quality, comfort and character, which matter in equal measure to our customers. Each shoe and boot is carefully crafted from the best materials to the most exacting standards.
The integrity and natural authority of our products, their individuality and self-assuredness is reflected in our customers and ultimately sets us apart.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the Tricker’s website, you will need to provide your personal details such as, name, address, contact number and email address. Furthermore, when you order, you will be required to provide valid payment details whereby you agree we can use the details to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.
You will only be able to checkout on the relative country/currency where your items are being delivered. All UK orders are inclusive of VAT. All orders for ROW (which include Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) are shown in your local currency if supported, or GBP and are delivered Duty Unpaid. This is your responsibility to ensure customs clearance. (Please note Germany is included as a ROW country as we are unable to send on a DDP terms, the price is reflected with no built in customs & duties paid) All orders from other countries in the EU, USA and Japan are shown in your local currency and sent delivery duty paid and the prices reflect this delivered to your door.
All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
DELIVERY
We aim to delivery all orders as quickly as possible. We use UPS for all our UK deliveries, and UPS/DHL for all our international deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. (Please note we are unable to ship to BFPO and PO BOX addresses due to the services we use.)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.
COLOUR REPRODUCTION
Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. This is reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of items you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this. We do make every effort to show the colour as closely as we can.
We also advise that some colours portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences, and should the materials change, we try and update images where possible.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased on Trickers.com are valid for online use only, are non-refundable, and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card; however, discount codes may be used alongside a gift card when buying products on Trickers.com.
Gift cards allow for partial redemption, so if the full balance is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be redeemed with the same code on future purchases within the validity period. Please treat your gift card code as cash, as Tricker’s cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser or the recipient they are gifted to.
If your local currency differs from GBP, a currency conversion will take place when the gift card is redeemed at checkout. This conversion uses the exchange rate at the time of redemption, not the rate in place at the time of purchase.
