Camilla Derby Boot
About Camilla
Our women’s Camilla country boot is purposely unassuming in its design; a clean seven eyelet derby ankle boot. The Camilla is typically ‘Tricker’s’ in its build: a half bellows tongue is folded and attached to the boot to provide a watertight seal, the storm welt provides a watertight bond between the sole and upper.
Camilla is the perfect country boot when you want to let the leather do the talking. In this case we have chosen own exclusive Olivvia Deerskin. Deerskin is amazingly supple and soft to the touch but also extremely strong and hard wearing.
Available in Black and Dark Brown Olivvia Deer and also Café and Visone Repello Suede.
Leather Information
Camilla is the perfect country shoe for when you want to let the leather speak for itself. In this case we have chosen own exclusive Olivvia Deerskin. Deerskin is amazingly supple and soft to the touch but also extremely strong and hard wearing. Visually when not on your feet, shoes and boots from Olivvia deerskin can look as though they lack structure, however once they are on your feet you don’t want to take them off, feeling like they have had years of wear. Our deerskin is fully traceable and a bi-product of the food industry.
As we transition towards using more and more Olivvia leather, we are spending many hours and days developing beautifully rich colours with our partner tannery.
Olivvia Leather is exclusive to Tricker's and is tanned using Olive leaves, this is fully sustainable and every piece of waste in the process can go back into the land. You can rest assured that Olivvia is truly sustainable, exceeding every standard set by those who created the tanning liquor.
The Chestnut colour is great for dressing for a smart occasion or wearing on the weekend with a pair of selvedge Jeans.
Built to Last
As with all of our shoes and boots, each pair of Camilla Boots are handmade within our Northampton factory in England by craftsmen and women using traditional methods, and to the same exacting standards that first established our reputation. There are 260 construction processes used to make each pair from start to finish.
Our story is one of uncompromising standards of craftsmanship and use of honest materials, are values that have been preserved and developed through five generations and are observed as resolutely today as they were in 1829. When you choose Tricker’s, you never have to choose between practicality, durability and style.
Since 1989, Tricker's has held a Royal Warrant for shoe manufacturing awarded by His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales.
