DELIVERY & RETURNS
All full price shoe and boot orders are delivered in plain packaging containing our distinctive blue Tricker's box and come complete with a care guide and a complimentary Tricker's shoe bag and polishing cloth (combined value £17).
DELIVERY
Due to the Strikes in the UK, and busy shipping period of the year, we reccomend you places orders for pre Christmas delivery by the following dates. These are reccomendations from the carriers we use, however are not a guarentee. We will ship after these dates and throughout Christmas and will do our best to ensure deliveries arrive on time.
UK: order by 16th December
EU/ROW: order by 15th December
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We use DHL & ParcelForce for all of our deliveries. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays.
For orders of £100 and over (including all boots and shoes):

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation of your tracking details. You can also log in to your account on the website to track your order history. Please allow a few hours before tracking to allow the carrier to update their system.
RETURNS POLICY
Our website returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us (RE Tricker Ltd will not be responsible for any returns costs) within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn and are not in original condition.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your Item(s) have been received, please allow 3-5 working days to be processed, at which point you will be notified the refund or exchange has taken place.
Please note that returns can only be processed to the original purchaser. If you are returning a gift, please contact the original purchaser to do this for you.
Any EU or ROW please include the original invoice and please mark the items as BRITISH RETURNED GOODS TO SENDER, as we will not accept any import or duty fees on returns.

UK RETURNS
For UK returns, you have the option of using ClickSit. This service allows you to return for a fixed low price (approx £5.28) with drop-off at one of over 7500 Collect+ stores nationwide. Simply click the link below and enter your order number and email address to generate your returns label.

You will be asked for payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
Alternatively, you can use your own carrier and the above postal address for the Returns Department. Please ensure you have track and trace ability.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
R.E Tricker Ltd will always be happy to cancel your order, to do this you can contact customer services through the contact form. Unfortunately, it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company. Once the item is back with R.E Tricker Ltd we will process your refund, however R.E Tricker will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case.
