Tricker's x Denham

TRICKERS X DENHAM SHOES MADE TO LIFT YOUR SOLE

Ultra lightweight, Bourton country shoes constructed with a flexible Vibram sole.

Hand-made in England using 200 years of shoemaking experience and an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship.

The truth is in the details

Denham are excited to introduce their version of Tricker’s iconic Bourton brogue shoe, the classic heavy Derby country shoe built on the 4444 shoe last, commissioned in 1937.
An authentic piece of Northampton shoemaking history that has lasted the test of time.

CONCEPT
The process of breaking-in a pair of crisp rigid 100% cotton 14oz Virgin denim jeans takes time, patience, and initially, a small amount of discomfort.
With wear, the cotton softens and creases form until the denim naturally follows the wearers body shape.
Breaking in a pair of handmade leather shoes is in many ways no different.
It takes time and perseverance to make the leather supple until it softens and moves to the contours of your foot.

After breaking-in, begins a lifelong marriage to durability and comfort.

DESIGN
For the collaboration, Denham have embraced all the traditional methods, premium materials and high standards of the original Bourton shoe with the added comfort of a Vibram Morflex sole. Made with a premium mix of soft two-tone olive tanned black leather, and a second colourway in two-tone brown sueded leather; softness and flexibility that accelerates the process of ‘breaking-in’. Making an immediately comfortable ultra lightweight shoe.
